Only native shrubbery and low dunes between you and where your own beach opens up with glorious breath-taking views to Fraser Island in the north, and Rainbow Beach and Double Island Point to the south.

Two of the three bedrooms are situated near the front of the house and all three queen size beds boast a comfortable, top-quality Sealy Posturepedic mattress. The bunk room at the rear of the property features a queen size bed and double over single bunk.

The master bedroom boasts an ensuite and the property features two toilets and showers.

The large lock-up garage has two remote-electric doors for your pampered vehicle or 5.5 m boat and is well lit for outdoor activities, undercover.

Sleeps eight in three x queen size beds and one x double/single combination bunk bed.

Please note: This property is located in a quiet and relaxing residential area. This house is restricted to a maximum of 6 adults with a strictly no parties or functions policy.
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
