Perfectly positioned: approximately two and a half minutes walk, entirely through pristine bushland reserve to the beach. Only native shrubbery and low dunes between you and where your own beach opens up with glorious breath-taking views to Fraser Island in the north, and Rainbow Beach and Double Island Point to the south.

Two of the three bedrooms are situated near the front of the house and all three queen size beds boast a comfortable, top-quality Sealy Posturepedic mattress. The bunk room at the rear of the property features a queen size bed and double over single bunk.

The master bedroom boasts an ensuite and the property features two toilets and showers.

The large lock-up garage has two remote-electric doors for your pampered vehicle or 5.5 m boat and is well lit for outdoor activities, undercover.
