You can walk down the street, hang out around the pool or plan your next fishing trip here in comfort. You can also bring the family pet along, fully fenced yard (outdoors only please). Free Wi-Fi.

* Separate second living area.
* Master bedroom with walk-in robe and ensuite. Your own private access to the rear covered deck and views to the Carlo Sand Blow.
* Two additional carpeted bedrooms with built-ins, and separate access to front deck.
* Bathroom with shower and bath. Separate toilet.
* Ducted air-conditioning throughout upstairs.

Downstairs boasts:

* Open plan, tiled self-contained accommodation with separate entrance.
* Full kitchen.
* Separate air conditioning that services downstairs space
* Double lockup car accommodation, extra long
* Large inground pool with shade sail cover as well as a large adjoining alfresco pergola area for you to enjoy a bbq.

Sleeps twelve (maximum of eight adults please) in one x king sized bed, one x queen size bed and two x single beds upstairs plus three x single beds and three x single bunk beds downstairs.

Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

Please note: This property is strictly no-smoking and no parties or functions.
