A fabulous feature is the covered outdoor dining area off the lounge that is adjacent to a beautiful in ground pool.

From its scenic location you can walk to the Main Beach on Hastings St in under 15 minutes. Cafe's, shops and restaurants are even closer, in Noosa Junction that has undergone a true renaissance in recent years. Here you will find many terrific coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques. "The Junction" has two supermarkets, bottle shops, organic fruit markets, seafood markets and fine butchers.

Casa Breeza is a delight year round, with a cozy slow combustion fireplace for winter, with a load of wood included.

The two king and queen bedrooms feature two-way ensuite's. Upstairs the king master bedroom ensuite connects to the children room via the large walk through robe. On the main level the Queen bedroom ensuite connects to the main level powder room. Locks ensure privacy and the layout is very cleverly and discreet
