In the main street of Airlie Beach, close to popular restaurants, cafes, bars, nite clubs and Airlie Lagoon pools are just across the road to enjoy a swim, free BBQ's along the lagoon.
Walk everywhere! There is only street parking up the road some are free and some spots you pay $13 per day. Tour operators collect you close by, only 50 mtrs walk.

↬ The following Code of Conduct governs tenant behaviour and use of the property. The tenant agrees to follow the guidelines below, for themselves and any visitor they allow at the property. TENANTS: No unauthorised people permitted to stay overnight. NOISE AND NUISANCE: The tenants agree not to cause or permit nuisance at the property. This includes excessive noise, disruptive behaviour. Noise should generally cease after 9pm Sunday through to Thursday and 10pm Friday and Saturday, but consideration should always be given to neighbouring properties. PARKING: is available on street refer to parking sings. GARBAGE/TRASH AND RECYCLING: Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling accordance with the usual practice, bins have been provided. NO rubbish is to be thrown of the deck. PREMISES CONDITION AND CLEANLINESS: The tenants agree to leave the premise in a clean and tidy condition upon vacating, with all fittings and chattels in their original condition and position at the beginning of stay. All items provided for use are to remain property of the premises. Tenants are to advise the property manager of any damage or disrepair within 12 hours of this occurring. Any repairs for damage or excessive cleaning that is attributed to the tenants stay will be paid for by the tenants; including but not limited to stains on sheets and towels. KEYS: At the end of the agreed tenancy, tenants agree to lock the premises, close all windows turn lights and air conditioning off and return one key to the lock box Any lost keys will be replaced at the tenant’s expense. Please make sure you lock up each time you leave the property. SMOKING: All tenants agree to abide by the no-smoking rule anywhere inside this property, only allowed to smoke outside with all sliding doors closed. TERMINATION OF ACCOMMODATION: If tenants are found to have contravened any of the above Code of Conduct responsibilities, a verbal warning will be issued. If the contravention is not rectified immediately the accommodation booking will be terminated within 2 hours’ notice of the Property Manager’s discretion. No refunds will be made. ↬ Our aim is for your comfort and enjoyment, and if we can add to that in any way please let us know. ↬ Please take your keys with you please do not leave the key in the back of the door, so you don't lock yourself out. ↬ The cockatoos will come inside if doors are left open and food left out, we suggest not to feed these birds on the balcony.
