THE APARTMENT
Enjoy views in all directions from the 26th floor - Stunning ocean views from the lounge and Main Bedroom. Views out to the gold coast hinterland from Beds 2 and 3.
Linen, bath towels and beach towels are all provided - just bring your bags!

Bed 1 - Queen bed, Free to air TV & Netflix, Ensuite bathroom with small spa bath and walk in robe.

Bed 2 - Queen bed, Free to air TV, small private balcony and built in robe.

Bed 3 - 2 Single beds, TV with Netflix only, built in robe.

The apartment is air conditioned throughout living and bedroom areas, there is a full kitchen with microwave, stove, oven and dishwasher plus essentials like kettle and toaster, an 8 person dining table and a large leather lounge.

Have a soak in the spa bath or relax on the balcony - perfect for lazy afternoons. Access Netflix in the lounge area and the kids (big and small) can play on the PS3. We have a small selection of DVDs and games for you to use during your stay. You'll find soap, shampoo and conditioner are included as well as cooking essentials - Oil and salt and pepper. We also provide dishwashing and laundry detergents to make your stay even easier.

You will have access to all the building facilities: Heated indoor pool with spa, steam room, outdoor pool, tennis court (book at reception) and shared BBQ areas (book at reception)

LOCATION
You are within a 30 minute drive to the theme parks, Jupiters Casino and Pacific Fair are a 10 minute drive and the Gold Coast aiport is an easy 15 min. There is a convenient bus stop across the road and a regular bus service to and from the airport.

GUEST ACCESS
You'll have access to the whole apartment plus all the facilities of the apartment building. I'm just a call or text away and the front desk can also assist with your enquiries.

CHECK IN
We have partnered with the management of the building for a very convenient check in procedure.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- You will have TWO sets of keys to access undercover parking, security lifts and the apartment.
- While we are kid friendly, bring children at your own risk. The apartment has not been child proofed.
- The calendar is generally up to date - please get in touch to confirm availability.
