Just a 10-minute stroll from the famous Bondi beach, this 3-bedroom home offers a touch of elegance in this bohemian surfers’ paradise. Boasting private parking, a spacious interior and a fantastic private outdoor space, this is the perfect house for any group looking for a chilled holiday in beautiful Bondi.



The ground floor invites you to enjoy a large open-plan kitchen dining and living room, all overlooking your own covered terrace, surrounded by tropical gardens. Kick back here with a glass of something delicious and enjoy a barbeque on a balmy evening, or retire inside on the chic leather sofas in front of the TV. During the day, the high gloss white kitchen bounces the sunlight around the room, where it winks off the glittering light fittings The property is finished with a touch of elegance, with a Moroccan-style rug, regal chairs and statement pendant lamps above the formal dining table.



On the first floor, you’ll find three formal bedrooms. One boasts two doubles, another a queen and the master has a king bed and private ensuite. There is also a large modern family bathroom, with a walk-in shower as well as a full-sized bathtub, so you’ll have plenty of privacy to get ready, whoever you’re travelling with.





Aside from being an enviable 10-minute stroll from Sydney’s most famous beach, you’ll be overwhelmed with things to do and see in Bondi, where you’ll find an unusual combination of laid-back coastal lifestyle and cosmopolitan buzz. For weekend visitors the Bondi markets offer an eclectic mixture of trendsetting new brands and vintage gems and are worth a visit to soak up the artsy, laid-back and quintessentially Bondi vibes. Of course, Bondi beach is also on your doorstep, and if you want a longer walk, we couldn’t recommend the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk enough!

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

✦Bondi Icebergs Club is an international landmark which is not to be missed! The home of Winter swimming since 1929 this famous pool is open to visitors all year round. Located above the pool is a fabulous clubhouse where you can enjoy sweeping views over the pool and Bondi beach as you drink or dine.

✦If you’re travelling as a family, Dickson park offers a lovely play area for children in its lush green surroundings.

✦Check out the casual yet fun bites to eat in this beachy neighbourhood. We would recommend The Fish Sho or Bangkok Bites for a relaxed lunch, and the best place to spend an upmarket evening has to be Totti's Italian on Bondi Road.

✦You can’t stay here without checking out the gorgeous beaches - iconic surfer’s paradise Bondi beach is on your doorstep and the beautiful Bronte beach is not far. Or take a stroll along the Bondi to Coogee Coastal Path to take in the view of them all!
