Check-in / Check-out: Check-in 2pm, check-out by 10am. Please advise us if you plan to arrive early or require a late check out (additional fee may be required)
No smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Noise: Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10am
Guests & visitors: Only registered guests are permitted to stay.

Supplies & amenities: Essentials are provided for your stay, including toiletries, laundry & dish supplies, coffee, tea, milk, sugar, and cooking oil. Additional items beyond these are the guest’s responsibility.
Cleanliness & care: Please leave the property in a reasonable condition and report any damages or breakages promptly.
Safety & security: Ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.
Lost keys incur a $100 replacement fee.
Lockouts incur a $100 fee
Garbage & recycling: Dispose of rubbish in the designated bins and follow recycling guidelines.
