FRIDA contains stylish and luxurious modern furnishings throughout, is split over 3 levels and features striking architectural lines and wonderful open stair cases (2 flights internally) perfect for fit families and couples (NB: there are no security gates on the stairs as they are lovely and wide - as such this home is not suitable for small babies & toddlers).
With 3 generous bedrooms (2 x King & 1 x Queen– max occupancy 6 people), the master is on the first floor with walk-in-robe and ensuite.
Cleverley zoned and perfect for 1 family, 2 x families or a few couples, the other 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with a large bathroom including oversized bath plus another powder room on first floor.
FRIDA is perfect for entertaining as there are 2 bright & generous sized alfresco entertaining areas including front balcony (with view of the lake) and intimate tropical garden room with dining facilities, bar fridge and BBQ. In addition to a very large living area encompassing a stunning dining area with large sliding doors to the balcony and garden room.

The good news is that this home is “pet friendly” & welcomes 1 x small pet – the laundry even contains a doggy door (NB: pets are not allowed on beds or furniture).
FRIDA enjoys peaceful bush pathways, along the creek to the Noosa Sunday farmers market and return home to lunch surrounded by beautiful artworks and a stunning collection of art books located in the intimate reading area upstairs – sounds like the most perfect Noosa peaceful holiday.

The Neighborhood: Lovely friendly community & very safe in the Elysium Estate Noosa Heads. Please be mindful of noise ( including loud music) while staying at the property.
