Lani, Daz and Oscar welcome you to Oscar’s Beach House Koala Park.
We have decided to share our home with other PLU'S (PEOPLE LIKE US)
With your own brand new self contained Delux Beach Suite in the fabulous Koala Park Burleigh Heads Qld.
Facing the famous Burleigh Headland National Park and just a short walk to Burleigh Heads surfing beaches. Also the ever popular and iconicTallebudgera Creek just 2 minutes walk for all the water activities you can handle, With BBQ areas and seating available
The space
Our beautifully appointed private Suite is so cozy and new with brand new ensuite, furniture, 58 inch TV and more. It has an incredible 120 inch theatre screen with 5.1 surround sound for your entertainment. It has been designed totally for the beach feel. You have your own outdoor area to sit, and very large out door seating area to read the paper, catch up on emails or just chill in your own privacy. The Suite has a convection microwave outdoor Sunbeam kettle electric Bbq, frypan, pots and pans, toaster and coffee machine. There are also 2 BBQ'S that at your disposal : Just clean when finished with products provided.
There is also a very large fridge also if more cooling or freezing is required. Hair dryer and iron are also supplied. The PS3 for the young at heart. Our movie library is vast for your viewing. There is too much more to mention !!!! Don’t forget Netflix as well.
Guest access
You are welcome to use our pool for a dip or just enjoy sitting around as long as you keep noise to a minimum. Loud music will not be tolerated.
Other things to note
We also have one very large queen size quality inflatable bed for a third guest which inflates and deflates very rapidly for quick storage. We do not allow parties or gatherings with loud music, and yelling or screaming will not be tolerated by us or our neighbors.
We demand you respect our peace and quiet at all times.
If you want the party house this property is not for you.
