All bedrooms are upstairs and a child's portable door gate is supplied for your convenience.

Downstairs is a light filled open plan living consisting of Louvre windows all with fly screens, wall hung flat screen smart tv, air conditioning, overhead fans, powder room, floating TV cabinet filled with board and card games for kids and adults, 6 seater leather couch, wooden 8 seater dining table, kids toys and books, chess set and a wonderbox for you music enjoyment.

Our kitchen has everything for your entertaining enjoyment including a starter pack of Madura tea bags, Maccona coffee, sugar, milk, cooking oil, paper towel, salt and pepper, glad wrap, foil, and baking paper. You will find quality appliances including a Delonghi coffee machine and grinder, Samsung microwave, Elextrolux dishwasher oven and cooktop.

The laundry is filled with a new 8kg Asko washing machine and 8kg Elextrolux dryer, pool towels, broom, mop, pegs, laundry basket, washing powder, iron and ironing board.

Cedar & Sea is secured with a coded front porch gate, deadlock front door, and a double remote controlled garage with internal house access.
