The apartment complex itself comes with a swimming pool, gym and barbecue area, and is close to bars, restaurants, and a huge park for the kids, the Mackay Entertainment and Convention Centre, Caneland Central shopping centre, and Bluewater Lagoon recreational area are all only a short drive away.

The Space:
Ideal for families or couples who desire an extra level of privacy, this apartment comes with 2 completely separate living/sleeping spaces linked by a central foyer. The door to the left leads you into the larger of the 2 spaces, featuring an open-plan living/dining/kitchen with wall-mounted reverse-cycle air con, a ceiling fan, tiled flooring and large rug for comfort. There’s a 3 person sofa, armchair, ‘smart’ TV and a dining table for 6 people, while the kitchen comes equipped with a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, electric stove top, wall-oven and microwave. A European-style laundry has a top-loader washing machine and separate dryer. Glass sliding doors take you out to a balcony with another table setting for 6 people and a view of the swimming pool. This side of the apartment has 2 carpeted bedrooms, both with wall-mounted air conditioners and ceiling fans. One of the bedrooms provides a king sized bed and a queen in the other. Between the 2 bedrooms there’s a bathroom with a large shower recess.

Back in the foyer, a door to the right leads into the second living space - a fully carpeted studio apartment with a king size bed and its own ‘smart’ TV. The kitchenette comes with a bar fridge and microwave oven, and there’s also a desk/work space. More large glass sliding doors lead out to another roomy balcony with a table setting for 2 people and views of the pool. Block-out curtains allow you to control the light flow. This second space also has a bathroom with large shower recess.

The apartment complex itself offers a pool, gym, and barbecue area.

The Neighborhood:
Home to Australia’s longest stretch of subtropical rainforest, laid-back Mackay is located off Queensland’s Coral Sea, drawing sun lovers to its sparkling beaches and nature lovers to its pristine national parks. The apartment itself is well situated, walking distance to a choice of eateries and bars, and just a short drive to beaches and Mackay’s largest shopping centre, Caneland Central. For guests travelling on business, the Mackay Entertainment and Convention Centre is located just a kilometre away, while Mackay’s airport is 10 minutes by car.

Getting Around:
The apartment comes with 2 security car spaces, but if you prefer public transport, bus services nearby which will take into the Mackay city centre or Caneland Central in under half an hour. If you prefer to walk, it’s a 15 minute stroll to the centre of town.

Other Things to Note:
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.

*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.

*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
