Summary:
You will just love this large 2 bedroom courtyard maisonette with federation features and park views, in the perfect Glenelg location. Across the road from Colley Reserce and just a 2 minute walk to beach, family-friendly activities, Jetty Road shops & eateries, nightlife, public transport, and under 15 minutes drive to the airport. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

The Space:
The standout of this property is it's amazing location. No need for a car because you are walking distance to everything you need! Convenience +++

The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area have a great view into the outdoor courtyard and across to the park. High ceilings and large bedrooms provide a homely feeling of spaciousness.

A new AIRCONDITIONING SYSTEM has just been installed to the lounge area and main bedroom, and we also now have FREE WIFI.

The main bedroom features a very comfortable King sized bed, and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. A portacot is also available for guest use at no charge, however please note, we do not supply linen or bedding for the portacot.

We provide a basic starter amenities pack which includes a small amount of tea, coffee, milk, shampoo, conditioner, soap & toilet paper. As this is a self-catering property, depending on your length of stay and usage, you may need to purchase additional items during your stay.

Guest Access:
Entire apartment is all yours. You also have walk through access from Durham Street and access to the communal clothes line. There isn't an allocated car park, however you do get a parking permit which allows you to park in any of the 3 hour zones in Glenelg for up to 24 hours at a time.
Free WIFI is provided in the apartment.

The Neighborhood:
Just a 3 minute stroll finds you on the sandy white beach and the iconic Glenelg Jetty, as well as all the attractions of Jetty Road. Your apartment compendium includes some of our recommendations and special offers from local businesses.

Getting Around:
Besides being walking distance to everything Glenelg has to offer, getting into Adelaide CBD couldn't be easier with the tram running between Glenelg and the City every 20 minutes. There is also a main bus hub in Glenelg that can connect you to almost everywhere else!

Other Things to Note:
Please note that there is no allocated car park for this property, however you do get a parking permit that allows you to park in any of the 3 hour zones in Glenelg for up to 24 hours at a time. There is also ticketed parking out the front of the property (but it's pretty steep $ for long term parking and your permit won't work here).

Best parking is in the street directly behind the property, as guests also have walk through access from that street to the side door of the apartment. Parking is free in any of the 3 hour zones with your permit, or if you have two cars it is 3 hours between 9-6pm, and free at night.

Please ensure you list the correct amount of persons in your booking requests because this also ensures you get enough linen included for each guest.
