The Neighborhood:
One of Sydney’s most sought-after beachside addresses, Manly is just half an hour from the CBD via a scenic ferry ride. It really is a self-sufficient beach outpost, with a burgeoning coffee culture, and its own nightlife and restaurant scene. Surfing is big, obviously, but kicking back is just as popular.

Getting Around:
The ferry to the city departs every half an hour. It is a must-do experience while in Sydney. Buses to the city, Chatswood and the Northern Beaches leave from Pittwater Road.

- There is a security entrance to the unit block with intercom to the unit. The unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator so you need to walk upstairs
