My 2bedroom apartment sets itself apart from most others on the market in Mooloolaba due to location. Location-location-location. Immediately adjacent to the Mooloolaba Wharf precinct, loads of awesome coffee shops and seconds from Mooloolaba main beach and beyond. Park your car and walk everywhere.

Refurbished and retro-themed unit perfectly positioned in Central Mooloolaba with an abundance of chic cafes', restaurants and bars, just park your car and relax - you're at the beach.

Retro styled with 60's Smeg appliances, record player, wireless radio, Aussie beach-time memorabilia and a super fun milkshake maker and products - you'll feel like you're on holidays even if only staying for a couple of nights. My bathroom was fully renovated in December 2020.

Comfy beach chairs, boogie boards, beach bag, umbrella, towel, sand castle making gear etc all await your arrival. Require any other bits and pieces to make your beach holiday a great one? Feel free to ask and I may have these items, which will save you unnecessarily packing them in the car or hauling them via plane. Happy to assist where I can! I also have fishing rods and tackle boxes available for guest use, on request.

Walk along the famous Mooloolaba Wharf, perfect for a fancy night out or a casual morning coffee. Walking distance to everything that Mooloolaba is renowned for and only a 10 minute drive to newly renovated Sunshine Plaza in Maroochydore. Easily accessed from both Brisbane and Maroochydore (Sunshine Coast) airports using regular shuttle buses, ride share services, or your own/rental car.

The Apartment:
Perfectly located in a small boutique complex of 8 boasting immediate proximity to Mooloolaba Beach only 90 metres away; you will never feel out of reach. This fully furnished unit has been renovated throughout giving you that chic, modern feel to make your holiday one you will not forget. Uniquely created; this unit has a modern kitchen with breakfast bar, open plan living and a private balcony with marina views.

This property includes two bedrooms tastefully designed, one bathroom (fully renovated in December 2020) with a separate toilet and laundry. Blend up a retro milkshake for those summertime beach feels with your own milkshake station. Morning coffee options are plentiful with some of the best cafes on the coast just steps from the front door. Enjoy the complimentary Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella for your use as well as boogie boards and sand castle gear for the kids. Again, if there's anything else you require please do ask me ahead of your visit as I may be able to assist!

Guest access:
Guests will have a license to use the entire apartment and it's contents (with the exclusion of locked storage cupboard + garage) for the duration of your stay. Please note that there is on-site secured parking available otherwise unmetered on-street options.

Interaction with guests
I live between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. My beach pad is absolutely yours during your stay however if you need for anything I'm generally always close enough to assist but respect your privacy. Always happy to recommend my favourite restaurants, things to do, places to see and those tourist traps to avoid!

You must also acknowledge
Potential for noise - Central Mooloolaba is an entertainment precinct and street noise is to be expected, particularly on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
Must climb stairs - first floor apartment with minimal stairs
I've got a strict no party policy, sorry. Body corporate by-laws prohibit noise after 10pm and the complex has numerous owner occupiers who must have their space respected. I prefer hosting family groups over the 18-25 set and similarly prefer guests who are familiar and established on the VRBO / HomeAway / Stayz platform.
