An easy stroll to Mooloolaba Beach and Esplanade, there are also many cafes and shops just around the corner.

This home as WiFi, plenty of dining areas for kids and adults inside and outdoors, 8 recliners and large TV, great ventilation, air conditioning and fans + a Foosball table.
King bed with ensuite and TV, 1 Super King Bed (can be split into 2 King Single beds on request) and TV, Queen bed all upstairs.
Downstairs are 1 Queen bed, 1 King Single with TV and PS4, 2 King Single Beds, with Single Trundle and TV

All windows upstairs have security screens, windows can be left open
Relax by the pool or canal frontage, Plenty of outdoor seating including a bar table and chairs, BBQ

Private beach on the canal with stairs access. Please note that the canal is not fully fenced and small children will need to be supervised. the front of the house is fully fenced.
2 canoes and paddles to be used at guest's own risk.
Secure parking for up to 4 cars including double garage.

Small pet allowed inside the house on application only. A request must be sent through in writing and a photo must be provided. Only pets that do not scratch are allowed. Floor will need to be replaced at guests' cost if pet causes damages, no exceptions. Please note that there are stairs going to canal beach that are not fenced. All outdoor areas must be left clean from pet waste prior to departing or additional charges will apply.

You may hire beach towels from G1 Holidays for $6.00 per towel.
