This property is a residential apartment within the 45 hectares of the Grand Chancellor resort. It is not part of the hotel but our guests may access the bar, restaurants and leisure and fitness facilities. (Gym, golf, tennis, bike hire and squash will incur an extra cost). Hotel management will allow use of the crocodile pool as long as you buy a drink or meal at the same time.

You will be in easy walking distance of Palm Cove beach front along the board walk.

If you book tours, most tourist operators will organise pick up from Grand Chancellor reception.

PLEASE NOTE ; This is a privately run residential apartment. It is not part of any hotel chain. As such, we are not in a position to organise your airport transfers, car hire, book tours or provide babysitting or kids club services. You are, of course welcome to source any of these yourself. If you do require most of these services, we suggest you look at some of the lovely large hotel complexes in Palm Cove.

PAYMENT POLICY;
We use the Stayz on line booking system for payments and are bound by their restrictions.
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. You will be advised of the amount at the time of booking. This deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE.
Your nominated credit card will be debited for the balance 28 days prior to travel.
If you cancel 14-28 days prior to travel, this balance will be refunded.
If you cancel within 14 days of travel, this balance is not refundable.
We recommend you take out travel insurance.

If the deposit or balance are not received by the due dates, your booking will be cancelled.
