DREAM CATCHER is a beautifully appointed 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom tropical home, situated only 3klms from the Lodge of Dundee, just off the main road.
Sleeps 8 in the house comfortably with an option of an extra room in the Granny flat that can sleep up to an extra 4 guests.

One of the many features of this property is the well maintained, landscaped gardens, including a lovely deck with a spa to enjoy after a hard days fishing.
You can enjoy the cool sea breezes while sitting on the amazing front deck enjoying the spectacular top end sunsets with a drink or two before dinner.
The deck is fully equipped with outdoor fans, a 5 burner hooded BBQ & an 8 seater outdoor setting
The house sleeps six people comfortably and the granny flat can accommodate up to 4 extra people if needed.
The house is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout and is equipped for all your needs to have an enjoyable stay. Features include, open plan kitchen, dining and living area.
The kitchen has all the electrical appliances, crockery, cutlery and pots and pans that you need, including a Nespresso machine. A massive fridge freezer, microwave and modern stove & oven are also available in the kitchen.
The dining area has a large six seater dining table and chairs.
The Living area has a large comfy corner lounge, with a fold out sofa bed and TV.
The main bathroom is a shared indoor laundry with washing machine.
The main bedroom has a queen bed as well as a set of bunks, with an ensuite.
The second bedroom has a queen bed
The Granny Flat has a double bed, a single bed and a single floor mattress, includes shower, kitchenette, outside patio. Has a ceiling fan and is air conditioned.

Terms and conditions:
Rental fee-$315 per night for six people, in the house, with a minimum of two nights stay.
The Granny Flat is an extra cost of $100 per night for up to 4 guests.
Extra Guests-Additional costs apply for extra guests of $25 per person per night, with a limit of 8 in the house and 4 in the granny flat.
Damage deposit-A damage deposit of $400 will apply to each booking for the house and an additional $100 if booking the granny flat as well.
Deposit-We require a deposit of $315 to hold your booking.
Final Payment- Final payment, including the damage deposit, (less deposit) is to be made 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
Cancellation-Should you need to cancel (for good reasons), we require at least two weeks prior to the date booked.
Check in time- After 2pm on the day of your arrival. An earlier check in can be arranged depending on other bookings and availability.
Check out time-By 10.00am on the day of your departure. A later check out can be arranged depending on other bookings and availability.
Pets-Can be discussed when booking.
Smoking- Definitely no smoking in the house
