THE SPACE:
Easy Going Holiday unit on McKenzie MK5 was fully refurbished in August 2018.

Situated on the ground floor and within walking distance to the Cairns hospital, restaurant, Esplanade cafes, friendly grocers, takeaways and liquor outlets this property makes a perfect budget holiday or working base.

The lounge area offers a sofa ideal for lazing in front of the Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and local channels. Free WiFi is provided for your entertainment during your stay.

The air-conditioned bedroom has a queen-size bed, a closet and a fan.

The unit comes with a bathroom and walk-in shower and high-quality towels (bath as well as pool towels) and bed linen.

There is also a free washing machine in the backyard shed for all six units to use.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, portable stove and oven, microwave, kettle and all basic kitchenware. A coffee machine is provided and a few other staples for your convenience.

No private parking at the property but plenty of free unlimited parking spots can be found on the street right in front of the building.

We have 4 adjoined fully renovated units in this complex that would be suitable for group bookings.

As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any further supplies needed will need to be purchased for yourself.

However, some items for your convenience are available to purchase from our mini convenience store/honesty box. Feel free to use and replace these products and check the box on the menu, to avoid paying a restocking fee.

ZERO TOLERANCE for not following house rules.

Guests are liable for any damage made on the property during their stay.

Upon receiving a complaint about having a party, the police will be called and you will be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be issued.

• Any item used from the convenience store has to be paid or replaced.
