The Space:
Sunny and bright apartment on the ground floor.

It is fitted out with everything you will need as a home away from home - it is equipped with Wifi, Netflix, smart TV, home office, sound speaker, internal laundry, dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ if you wish to eat in.

The accommodation offers two double bedrooms with queen beds and two sunrooms. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. A glorious sunroom can be used as a home office or simply relaxing in the afternoon sun. The second sunroom can be used as an indoor gym with yoga mat, light dumbbells and a rack to store your bikes.

There's plenty of room for lounging, basking in that light that floods through the living area and into the sunrooms, filled with books. The bathroom is clean and contemporary with a bath and a shower.

Opening on to a small back landscaped garden, this apartment has good light flooding in from both the front and back.

Within walking distance (less than 5 mins) to Bondi Beach and the great restaurants and cafes, wine bars, bus stops and convenience stores. This apartment offers close to the action accommodation but in a "retreat style" with its privacy in a secure block on a pleasant suburban street.

Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. Except the cupboard above the internal laundry.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

Bondi Beach is Australia's most iconic destination with a relaxed vibe and plenty of options for dining, shopping and recreation.
Bondi is all about walking - so which ever direction you choose there are great things to see and do.

Other Things to Note:
Each bedroom has sufficient space to accommodate portable cots.
