The house is surrounded by ocean and bush views on an elevated North facing block. It’s a short 300m walk to the beach and 700m to Hyams Beach Village Café. Doorstep access to hiking, biking, walking trails & visting native birds. 3BR, sleeps 6, wrap around deck, outdoor entertaining, gas BBQ, dishwasher, linen & sheets, Nespresso coffee machine, NBN, WiFi, Netflix. The space Full North and East facing wrap around ocean-view decks with outdoor sunny and covered dining and seating options. BR1 has a secluded bush and ocean view private patio outside the sliding glass door. Natural parrot sanctuary with birds arriving daily (rainbow lorikeets, king parrots, crimson rosellas, sulpher crested cockatoos, galahs and kookaburras). Nothing is too precious so relax and unwind...let the sounds and smells of the beach and the bush take you away.
Guest access The entire house and property is for rent by a single tennant at a time. It is a 3BR cottage with 1.5 baths and stunning ocean views on a 800m+ block. Nestled in a quiet corner of Hyams Beach...enjoy the 4 parking spaces and 270 degree ocean and bush views.
Other things to note Linen and towels are included in the rental price. There is an additional cleaning charge of $120 per rental. On arrival we provide a small welcome pack including tea, coffee, milk and sugar. A Nespresso machine is provided for your use. Please only use Nespresso compatible pods. Other cooking basics are provided and are free for your use. If anything runs out, we ask that you please replace it for the next guest. Many guests do a click and collect order at the local Woolworths @ Vencentia Marketplace a short 5 minutes drive from Hyams Beach on the way in from the the highway.
