One bedroom located on the ground level of the home and upstairs you will find another 2 bedrooms all with ensuites.

Unfortunately this is not the property for you. It is in a quiet retiree neighbourhood, so a hens/bucks/schoolies/large event type celebration is not appropriate. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected. If we find evidence of the above this means additional charges and/or eviction will apply.
