No 7 Noosa Terrace casual living room captures the essence of coastal beach and features open airy plan and beautiful decor. A large Smart TV is provided for your entertainment, also complimentary Wi-Fi. The living room has reverse cycle air conditioning.

Glass sliding doors open to extend your living area outside and allow sea breezes to flow through. The beautiful gardens contain tropical palms and a BBQ. The complex has a communal pool and outdoor shower, great for washing off after a trip to the beach and is completely fenced.

The compact kitchen features dishwasher, oven, stove top and a coffee machine.
There is also a powder room with toilet and shower downstairs.
PLUS - a bunk room on the ground level and washer and dryer laundry facilities.

Accessed via a staircase are the two upstairs bedrooms. The master bedroom on the top floor has lovely river views, and its own private balcony with outdoor seating and lounging. This bedroom comprises of two good quality king single beds which can come together to form a king if required. There is also a second master bedroom with a private balcony with glass sliding doors to catch the breeze.
Both upstairs bedrooms have beautiful VG panelling walls and designer furnishings.
The unit comes with all house linen supplied including complimentary beach towels.

A large main bathroom with bath is also located on the upstairs level with toilet, shower and basin.

Enjoy tranquil time lazing by the communal swimming pool. The complex is prefect for families as it features a river beach where young children can play in the sand. The river and pool area are both fenced.

This two - three-bedroom apartment consist of 2 main bedrooms and one bunk room (for children only). The unit has a lovely river location and beautifully styled interior.

Please note this property is fully self-contained. A basic starter supply of toilet paper (2 per toilet) hand wash, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and kitchen cleaning products are supplied

Property has a carport for one vehicle only. Additional vehicles or visitor’s cars should be parked roadside.
