Walk straight out onto your own the sandy beach to the water, paddle around Noosa's waterways in the supplied canoes, fish from the jetty with the kids in the afternoons, or simply laze on one of the sun lounges in the lush tropical surrounds by the pool. Ideal for families and access to the riverfront is via a glass gate. The pool is salt water, fully fenced and safety compliant.

The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 2 large living areas, 2 outdoor areas, and a pool. The master suite is spacious and opens towards the pool and river front area, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom and open on to a lovely private courtyard.
