The home is spread over 2 levels:
Ground level is the entrance, pool, tennis court, second lounge room, 4 bedrooms and bathrooms.
Upstairs is the kitchen, lounge and dining, plus two decks - one at either end of the home upper level. One large deck overlooks the pool area with an outdoor family dining table and BBQ, and the second deck has an outdoor table looking out over the tennis court.

The National Park gardens surrounding the home create privacy and the ideal location to enjoy the Noosa holiday lifestyle. World heritage surfing beaches are just a minutes’ walk away. The property is air-conditioned throughout, and has been renovated with holiday makers in mind, so it has been carefully considered to be comfortable yet classic.

There is parking for two cars in the driveway behind a closed gate, with room for one more in the driveway.
Play tennis with the family and friends, swim in the pool after a day at the beach or walking through the National Park - this is the ideal beach house to spend you next holiday.
