All four bedrooms are clean and airy with large built-in wardrobes. All rooms have brand new wall mounted A/C units as well as ceiling fans. This is essential for the tropical climate we enjoy here.
The kitchens are fully equipped kitchen with some basic essentials, condiments, tea and coffee and milk. The bathrooms have hair dryer, straightener, extra toilet paper, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. All linen is provided as well as bath towels and pool towels. There is unlimited Wifi, a large smart TV, 2 smaller ones in the bedrooms all equipped with Netflix. A super comfy lounge area equipped with board games at hand. The outside area is fully undercover/enclosed and is suitable all year round, we have found is outdoor deck entertaining area is the highlight for most guests.
The house can be if desired, separated and locked to create two private dwellings with separate entrances including a studio, kitchenette and bathroom and a three bedroom one bathroom and laundry. Or can be unlocked in-between the kitchens and will be as one whole large house - 4 bedroom, 2 kitchen and 2 bathrooms...
The Studio area has a queen size bed fitted with high quality linens and throws. The kitchenette contains all basics, including a small fridge with separate freezer compartment and induction cooktop.
To relax you have your -own kitchenette -ensuite bathroom with rain shower, quality shampoo, conditioner & body wash, a hair dryer, sufficient extra towels, including pool towels. -own lounge -coffee table -desk -smart tv with Netflix and Wi-Fi. Amenities include an Iron, Ironing board, cleaning chemicals, tea, coffee, sugar and milk. -The studio also has its own entrance accessible from the driveway, the sliding doors have both sheer privacy curtains as well as block out curtains to ensure a great night's sleep.
The other side of the house has 3 bedrooms, -King size bed, queen size bed, and a double size bed All beds have been fitted with luxurious quality linens and matching decorator throws and cushions as well as luxurious mattress toppers to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. -The king and double bed bedrooms open out onto the back deck and garden with sliding doors - both have sheers / privacy curtains as well as blinds. -All rooms have built in wardrobes with hangers to hang your clothes.
A brand new full sized deluxe kitchen with modest (full size) fridge and large dishwasher. -For your convenience I provide an abundance of dishwashing tablets for free. You will also find pantry basics - -Olive oil, Himalayan salt and pepper grinders, spices and commonly used sauces, tea, coffee, sugar and milk. It is a fully equipped family kitchen, containing everything you need to cook up a storm - (a MasterChef would be impressed!) -Quality cookware, bakeware, utensils, serving platters, knife sets, wine glasses etc the list is too long nothing is missed in this kitchen. It has stone counter tops, -Gas cooktop -Stainless oven with a -Large dishwasher to clean up your cooking efforts afterwards. The kitchen is not only practical but beautiful with LED feature strip lights. Tea (local Daintree Tea of course!), coffee and Sugar is also provided complimentary for you to use.
An internal laundry with washer & dryer. We include: -various laundry liquids -disinfectants and cleaning chemicals. There is a Dyson cordless vacuum, iron and ironing board, mops etc. We provide two fluffy towels per person and one large beach towel per person in case you are heading to the beach or the reef for the day. In the cupboard you can find extra towels, first aid kit, board games and books. A clothesline can be found outside or a smaller folding one in the laundry, a dryer in the laundry.
The property is fully fenced, the backyard is a generous approximately 10 x 10m - nice for the children to run around on and there is a large back deck, (5.1x7.6m) that can be used in all weathers to relax or have dinner on and a smaller front patio area, both with top quality comfortable seating so you can relax whenever you want with a glass of wine or yummy coffee.
A porta-cot with mattress, protector and sheet -Highchair and car seat is available for use for those travelling with young children. A few -Books and assorted -Toys are available for children as well. Let us know in advance and we will set the cot up for you before you arrive.
For those that advised and made a booking with a small dog. Dog bowls, dog bags, towels and a small amount of dry food is provided, the property is completely fenced and is dog friendly. Please add your pet when booking as an additional cleaning fee of $120 will be applied.
Parking is available securely on the driveway on the property for one vehicle or for a further two on the street. Two electric remotes will be provided upon check-in.
I can also arrange wine, champagne, beer, flowers or food items. Happy to help, please contact us, we are open minded and happy to make your stay as luxe & wonderful as possible! These are all at extra cost and I we can quote you for this so please contact us to arrange.
This is a self-Check-In property with a key safe at the front gate. An access code will be provided before the check-in date. Check-in time is after 2pm and check-out time is before11am.
Guest access All areas of the property will be accessible by guests, except for the back garden shed which will be locked with a padlock.
Other things to note House rules have been put in place to ensure your stay is enjoyable. They also ensure that we can thrive to provide a clean and satisfying experience. Please be nice and respectful. These house rules are available before booking the property and also in the house manual available at the property.
