There are seven individual villas at Elementa, stand alone with no adjoining walls. Each villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of the bedrooms are suites with their own private bathrooms with decadent stone bath and walk in robes.
The two separate living areas each with expansive all weather decks with breathtaking views of the azure blue of the Coral Sea, Whitsunday Islands on the horizon and the masts of the boats in the marina
Situated just 500m meters from the Port of Airlie, Elementa has uninterrupted views of the Coral sea while being close enough to have interactive views of the Port of Airlie.
A freestanding Picasso™ Natural Stone Bath overlooking the Port of Airlie offers a spectacular feature in the master bedroom ensuite, complimented by matching stone basins.
A Soji privacy screen separates the master bedroom from the ensuite.

The Neighborhood:
Airlie Beach is the Heart of The Great Barrier Reef. It has a large number of restaurants and local bars.

Other Things to Note:
Noise restrictions apply as it is part of the Elementa complex with Body Corporate rules.
Therefore, no parties, no excessive noise at any time - communal pool.
