Summary:
Enjoy our renovated, large 1 bedroom apartment with balcony, pool and gardens. Open space living and dining area opens up to balcony facing the garden and pool. New, large bathroom. Quiet rear facing bedroom. Lovely neighbors and neighborhood in North Bondi. 5 min to Bondi Beach.

The Space:
We renovated in early 2018 and the place now features an aquamarine beach style kitchen, L-shaped lounge-dining room, quiet bedroom with queen size bed and built-in wardrobe, large new and modern bathroom with walk-in shower and front loader washing machine.
The lounge/dining area has sliding glass doors that open to our covered balcony facing the garden and pool area.
Our place is baby and toddler friendly (as we have one of our own ;-) with high chair, baby bath, kids plates & cutlery and a few toys if needed.
2 min walk to 2 bus stops to Sydney's CBD, Bondi Junction, Watsons Bay and Bronte Beach. 5 minute walk to famous Bondi Beach, amazing restaurants, cafes, shops, Bondi markets and North Bondi golf course.

Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. Great location in residential North Bondi. Lovely neighbours. Use our pool and enjoy our place.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Sydney's famous eastern beach suburb of North Bondi, the apartment is within easy walking distance of cafes and restaurants. Beautiful Bronte Beach, Watson’s Bay and Bondi Junction are just a short bus ride away too.

Getting Around:
There are 3 bus stops only minutes away from our house:
1st bus stop is a 2 min walk down Blair Street (crn Wairoa Ave): X79 to Bondi Junction, 379 to Bondi Junction and on to beautiful Bronte Beach.
2nd bus stop is on the corner of Blair Street & Military Road (walk 1 min up Blair street): 380 bus to Watsons Bay and into Sydney CBD.
3rd bus stop is North Bondi Bus Terminal: 333 bus (fast bus) to Bondi Junction and on to Sydney CBD, stops at Circular Quay (Sydney opera house / harbour bridge)

Other Things to Note:
Our building is mostly owner occupied and everyone looks after the building and their apartments. Please enjoy our apartment and connect with our friendly neighbours if you feel like it. Please keep in mind that parties are not accepted. We have families with children living in the building who need a good night's rest. Thanks..
