PARKING:

There are 2 tandem secure carport spaces plus 2 driveway car spaces on the property; and free street parking for extra vehicles. Out of respect for our neighbours, we ask all guests to park on the premises or in front of the house.
There is also a secure hard stand area for a boat.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:

The house is located in a lovely residential street, and out of respect for our neighbours we have a strict NO PARTY and no excess noise policy. We ask all guests to cease noise at 9pm. Any visitors in addition to guests in your booking will need to be approved by the hosts in advance.

SUSTAINABILITY:

We love the earth and do our best to keep our footprint as small as possible. While we save for solar panel installation, we ask guests to only use the ducted air conditioning when all windows and doors are closed.
