Sea Loft @ Hyams Beach is a delightful 3 bedroom seaside cottage providing an idyllic holiday experience. The home itself is beautifully furnished and decorated and provides everything you'll need for your escape away from it all.

Note that two bedrooms are accessed via a steep ladder so please refer to the pictures to decide if this house is suitable for your group.

There is much to see and do in Jervis Bay and Sea Loft is located right amongst it! Enjoy swimming, snorkelling, hiking, surfing, fishing, exploring National Parks, dolphin/whale watch cruises and much more.

The twin rooms are accessed via extremely steep stairs/ladders. Please check the photos of this property carefully to ensure suitability.

Linen

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

Pets are not permitted at this home.

Security Bond

A bond of 500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit) We accept Visa or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).

Arrival / Departure Times

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

Parties, Functions & Gatherings

This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.
