With activities galore right on your doorstep, yet so close Hobart city and the airport, you'll have a wonderful holiday.

The Space:
The property features open plan living with gourmet kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, BBQ area with pizza oven and a landscaped rear garden.

Fully furnished with a stylish coastal feel, the house is light filled and provides generous open plan living. The large front and rear decks and multiple seating areas offer space for the whole family or extended family.
The rear deck includes an outdoor setting, Weber BBQ, gas pizza oven and is a great place for you to enjoy al fresco dining in a private garden setting. There are additional seating areas on the front deck capturing the ocean view with a 6 seater setting and outdoor lounge.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you'll need to prepare a gourmet feast with some fresh Tassie produce and adjoins the large dining and lounge room areas.
The Master bedroom is complete with a luxurious queen bed and ensuite bathroom, and incredible light streaming through the windows to the beach and beyond.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have comfortable queen beds and plenty of built in cupboard space and bedroom 4 a single day bed that doubles as an extra TV room.
The main bathroom is spacious and modern with a bathtub and shower.
There is plenty of off street parking on the driveway.

Guest Access:
Guests enjoy the home in privacy however if you have any issues or concerns we are locals so are not far away.

The Neighborhood:
Seven Mile Beach has a sleepy village feel and is a popular with those who enjoy the outdoors. Enjoy a walk along the beach, a dip in the water, or the very popular coastal walk to Roches Beach taking in the views across Tiger Head Bay.

If you're a golfer, the Royal Hobart Golf Club is located just a 2 minute drive from the house, and is ranked as one of the best courses in Tasmania. They also offer a dining area in the clubhouse, which is open to the public.

Lewis Park is just a short walk away and provides play equipment for the kids, fitness equipment, barbecues, picnic area, toilets and has direct access to the beach.

If you would like to stock up on some Tasmanian produce, we recommend you drive to the adjoining town of Cambridge, and a visit The Local Grocer who provide gourmet bakery items, smallgoods and fresh fruit and vegetables.

Getting Around:
It’s best to have a vehicle when travelling in Southern Tasmania so you can fully explore the area. Hobart City is only 20 klms away and the Airport less than 5 klms.

All linen is provided by our linen service that supplies major hotels, so you can rest assured that it is clean, fresh, soft and pleasant to sleep on.
