** Booking for peak season 2022/23 (16 Dec 2022 to 24 Jan 2023) **
The changeover day for this property for the 2022/23 peak season is Wednesday. When booking between mid-December and Australia Day, please select 7 night blocks that start and end on the changeover day. Otherwise the calendar may indicate that dates are not available. If in doubt, please contact The Holidays Collection and we will be happy to assist. Peak season bookings are often most easily made directly with us.

The pool at this property is professionally cleaned on a regular fortnightly basis. However as this is a holiday house and not a hotel, we CANNOT guarantee that the pool will be serviced on your day of arrival or that it will be free of leaves. The property has trees around it and wind / weather conditions are naturally unpredictable. A pool cleaning basket is provided for your use to clean leaves out of the pool upon arrival or during your stay.
** Pool and spa not heated **
Please also note that the pool and spa at this property are NOT heated.
** Where will I be? **
Shorelines is located at the bottom of Bayview Avenue just above the main access to Hyams Beach. It is also an easy walk to the Hyams Beach Cafe or the access point to the National Park. Shorelines is the front unit of two, facing the street.
** Why choose Shorelines? **
A magnificient outdoor area including a lap pool and spa (neither heated, sorry), gas BBQ and outdoor shower. In addition the inside is nearly as spectacular, making it a very unique property in Hyams.
** How is the property laid out? **
A series of interconnecting indoor and outdoor living/dining areas ensure guests can enjoy company or savour some peace & privacy. There are three queen bedrooms and one with two king singles, three luxury bathrooms and a fully equipped laundry. The open plan kitchen comes with all the appliances you will need to put together a simple lunch or produce an award winning gourmet dinner. On cool evenings adjust the louvers, light the fire and indulge in some amazing star gazing. This gracious contemporary home offers a high level of luxury & comfort that is sure to create a memorable holiday for your friends or family.
** WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it? **
Shorelinesoffers complimentary wifi, however, please note, the ownersnor the managing agent guarantee connectivity as the service can be intermittent in Jervis Bay. If internet access is critical during your stay please make sure you have a Plan B!
Foxtel is available, and BYO Netflix account.
** What about outdoors? **
Shorelines has a large L-shaped deck area, accessed from the living areas of the house, and with direct access to the pool area. A gas BBQ is located on the deck. The pool and pool area is shared with 24b Bayview Ave.
** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **
Shorelines is equipped with a gas fireplace heater in the living area (turned on via a switch on the wall), as well as two moveable electric heaters. For summer, there are ceiling fans for all bedrooms and the living area.
** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **
Linen and bath towels are supplied at Shorelines. Please however remember to bring your own beach towels!
** Parking for cars, boats etc? **
There is secure underground parking for two cars across four car spaces that are shared by arrangement with 24b Bayview. Please do not park in front of the garage doors during your stay, and please note that there is a 2.05m clearance for the car park entrance.
** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? **
Shorelines is not a pet friendly property. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options!
** What are the minimum stay rules? **
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
** Are there any special Peak Season rules? **
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
** Is there any special information I should know about? **
As boring as it may be, whilst the owners of the properties take care to keep the houses in good condition and good working order, nevertheless breakages, outages and malfunctions do occur. When this happens, we will rectify a situation as soon as practicable, howeverour owners cannot accept responsibility for any loss and no compensation will be given. This applies to the property, its inclusions, the supply of utilities, and the functioning ofthe pool or spa.
** Who will I be dealing with during my stay? **
This property is professionally managed by a dedicated holiday rental agency with offices in Gerringong, Hyams Beach and Bowral.
