The Unit – This furnished property has 2 bedrooms with Queen bed and 2 Single beds respectively and has 2 bathrooms including an ensuite to the master with a spa bath (with shower over).

Kitchen is fully equipped including a Meile under bench oven, dishwasher and microwave.

There is also a comfortable living area with balcony to enjoy the views. The property also features a secure undercover parking for one car and a secure entry with intercom. There is a set of stairs up to the apartment, there is no lift.

Entertainment features a 50 inch LG HD TV and Sony DVD player PLUS Foxtel with movies and sport. There is also a FREE wifi.

It is fully equipped with laundry facilities with a Miele washing machine and F&P drier located in the family bathroom.

Please be advised that the property is not ideal for small children due to steep steps to the roof top deck.

Weddings, parties, functions or schoolies are not permitted.

Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00 pm.
