About this property

Sunset Serenity is a beautifully appointed 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom tropical home, situated on the picturesque cliff front of Mermaid Circ, Dundee Beach.
One of the main features of this property is the well maintained, landscaped gardens, including a salt water inground pool overlooking Fogg Bay.
You can enjoy the cool sea breezes while sitting on the back patio enjoying the spectacular top end sunsets with a drink or two before dinner.
PLEASE NOTE:
The house sleeps 6 people comfortably and the granny flat can accommodate two extra people if required, at an extra cost.
The house is fully equipped for all your needs to have an enjoyable stay. Features include open plan kitchen, dining and living areas.
The kitchen has all the electrical appliances, crockery, cutlery and pots and pans that you need. A large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and modern stove are also available in the kitchen.
The dining area has a large 8 seater dining table and chairs.
A comfy corner lounge and TV are in the living area.
The main bathroom is a shared indoor laundry with washing machine and dryer as well as a small chest freezer for all those extra supplies or fish fillets from your days fishing.
The main bedroom has a king size double bed with an ensuite. (bed can be separated)
The second bedroom has a king size double bed. (can be separated)
The third bedroom has two king singles.
The house is air conditioned throughout and has ceiling fans.
The granny flat has two single beds with bathroom, kitchenette, outside deck and is air conditioned.
Undercover parking is at the house and granny flat.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Bookings: We require at least a 3 night booking on long weekends and 4 nights over Easter and Christmas.

Cancellations: We require at least 7 days prior to your booking for a refund.

G/flat can only be booked at an extra cost, if you have a reservation for the house.

Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 10 am unless prior arrangements have been made.

Pets are allowed with consent when booking but must be kept outside the house and granny flat.
The yard is fully fenced.
