Beautifully presented, self-contained unit with kitchen, dining area, living space and separate bedroom. Situated at the rear of a residential property, but you have your own, separate access and private space. The kitchen includes a full-size oven and fridge and there is a dining table with four chairs plus an outdoor table and chairs for two guests. The living area features a flat screen TV and fold out double sofa for additional guests if required. Please note: there is no dishwasher, washing machine or dryer.
All the wonders of a Fraser Island day tour are yours to be had just a few kilometres up the road, while the Great Sandy National Park is directly to the south if you fancy a bushwalk or a spot of camping. You can easily access all of the natural attractions from this location including surfing, fishing, horse riding, dolphin kayak tours, etc. No requirement to bring your own linen - all beds are ready made for your arrival ..... just unpack and enjoy! Starter pack of soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper etc provided. Please byo after that and BYO beach towels.
Sleeps a maximum of four guests in one x queen size bed plus a double fold out sofa in the lounge room (please note that access to the bathroom is via the main bedroom but the toilet is separate).
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy. Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost. Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
