Villa 43 is beautifully presented freshly painted inside, with brand new Hamptons style furniture in lounge. dining areas. The design of furniture does give you a Hamptons feel of love and homely character. Beautiful white shutters throughout finish off the design with appeal. You wont want to go home. There is a large grass lawn across the pathway for the kids to play on. You are still only 70m to the beach. The ground level is open plan Kitchen/Dining/Lounge room opening onto the deck, perfect for outdoor entertaining. There is second toilet downstairs, also a laundry area.
Nespresso coffee machine takes pods also a machine for ground coffee, Cafetiere coffee maker, please bring your pods and ground coffee with you.
Upstairs there are 1 x KING bedroom and 1 x 2 KING SINGLES and a bunk area in hallway with 2 x SINGLES bunks, sleeping 6 guests. The two single beds in second bedroom can be made into a King bed.
LINEN HIRE: Linen Hire is not included in the price of this booking. If guests require Linen Hire, such as sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels etc there is an additional fee of $30.00 PER PERSON. Beds are made up as requested.
Lounge room has a sofa couch, villa can sleep 8 guests maximum. There is a balcony off the main bedroom, for the amazing night vies across the bay to Bribie Island or Brisbane. Please note the Dolphin Feeding Package is not available to guests when staying in this privately owned villa.
