The One is a newly renovated town house in contemporary style to provide everything you need for your stay in Henley Beach. The One is fully equipped and offers a comfortable open plan layout with a modern fit-out. The stunning white walls are complemented by beautiful artwork created by the Owner.

The One held a prominent position within Henley Beach! You could walk across to the stunning beach less than 2 minutes, immediate access to the bustling Henley Square, local gourmet cafe, unique restaurant (ask us for the suggestion!) and supermarket. Following the esplanade, a scenic walking trail (1 Hours and 30 mins) from Henley beach to Glenelg is a recommended workout! Public transport to the Adelaide CBD (approximately 30 mins) is just at the corner. Also, driving to the following area is within 10 minutes:
a) Adelaide Airport;
b) Harbour Town factory outlet shopping center;
c) Glenelg; and
d) Adelaide Shores Golf Course.

The One is ideal for a family holiday as it can comfortably accommodate up to three adults, with a queen bed in the main bedroom and one single in the second. Extra bed can be set up with extra costs (AUD$20 per bed per night). Baby furniture and pram are available for hire.
