The Mitchell Bondi Garden 3 has been fitted out with the creature comforts of a true home. It’s air-conditioned, the laundry contains a washer and drier and there is a clothes line outside. The full kitchen is well equipped and has all of the usual appliances as well as a Nespresso, sharp, good quality kitchen knives and cooking basics (olive oil, some condiments etc).
