Welcome to this charming property, where you can enjoy both a stylish main apartment and a separate, self-contained loft studio. Ideal for larger groups or families, this combined space offers the flexibility of individual rentals if preferred.
The main apartment welcomes you with high, ornate ceilings and French doors that open to the outdoors. The bright and airy living area features comfortable sofa seating, a central TV with Netflix, and a dining table perfect for home-cooked meals. The well-equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare a meal.
Retreat to the king-sized bedroom, which boasts a walk-in wardrobe, a study area for working holidays, and a balcony with ocean views. A porta cot is available upon request, and the ensuite features a spacious shower. Laundry facilities, including a washing machine and basin, are also provided for your convenience.
Upstairs, the detached loft studio offers a cozy queen bed, a kitchenette with a microwave and bar fridge, and an ensuite bathroom. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony, or relax with a TV show in the comfy chairs. This studio can be accessed either independently or via the back door of the main apartment.
Parking is available on the driveway for one car, with ample free street parking.

The beachside suburb of Semaphore is located 30 minutes north of Adelaide’s CBD. Its streetscapes are dotted with beautiful Victorian buildings, historic pubs and much-loved cafes. Along Semaphore Road you’ll find supermarkets, shops and eateries, including the retro Odean Star cinema. Start the day with brunch at High Tide, pick up pastries and treats from Skala Bakery and tuck into burgers from Barry’s. Relax on the wide sandy beach or hire a bike and ride along the foreshore pathway as it stretches along the coastline. End the day with cocktails at live music at Palais Hotel, a Semaphore institution.
