This charming cottage has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Timber floors are a feature throughout the property and add to the charm of this property.

There is a large dining room that spans the front of the cottage which has a lovely wood burning fire for those cold days in winter.

The lounge area is large and there is a 50inch LCD television, a 3D Blu-ray player and stereo plus Foxtel Platimum including sport and movies. There is a gas heater in the lounge room.

There is 1 bathroom with a full bath and separate shower.

The National Park is directly behind the property and is easily accessible from the rear garden.

A 5 minute stroll will take you to either Hyams Beach, Chinamans Beach and the local cafe for great coffee, breakfast and lunch.

ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES Standard Check in is 3pm. Standard Check out is 10am – except for Sunday which is 4pm. Please Note – Dec / Jan school holidays check in time is 3pm and check out strictly 10am.

LINEN Quality linen is provided – sheets, pillowcases, quilts, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats & face cloths. Extra blankets are provided.

SUPPLIES All properties have the following supplies. Salt & Pepper, Olive Oil, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Coffee Pods
Dishwashing Liquid, Dishwashing Tablets, Sponges, Scourer, Multi Spray, Cling Wrap, Foil, Paper Towels & Paper Napkins. Guest soap.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY All properties have a key safe located at the front entrance

PARTIES & FUNCTIONS All properties are available for relaxing beach holidays. We do not allow for parties or functions in any way. All properties are surrounded by permanent residents.
