THE SPACE:
Treehouse Close to the City w/ private garden 5A is situated on a quiet street about 30 minutes walking distance from the city centre.

The lounge area opening onto the large deck with a garden view offers a suite perfect for lazing in front of the Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and local channels. Free unlimited WiFi is provided to feel at home.

Both air-conditioned bedrooms offer king-size beds, quality mattresses, ceiling fans, wardrobes, and high-quality towels and bed linen. One bedroom is separate from the rest of the house by ''breezeway'' deck.

The bathroom comes with a bathtub with shower, a washing machine as well as tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave as well as all basic kitchenware. A coffee Nespresso machine is provided and a few other staples for your convenience.

A porta cot for your little one is always available in the house as well as a high chair and kids dinnerware.

Two undercover parking spots are included in your reservation.

Cairns is the best to explore on bikes, we offer 2x adult size pushbikes hire for a small amount (including helmets and locks).

Please note the house is accessible by stairs only.

The garden is maintained regularly every approx 2 weeks. It is possible our gardener will come during your stay, no one will be accessing the house so there is no need to be at home or change your holiday plans.

As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any further supplies needed will need to be purchased for yourself.

However, some items for your convenience are available to purchase from our mini convenience store/honesty box. Feel free to use and replace these products and check the box on the menu, to avoid paying a restocking fee.

ZERO TOLERANCE for not following house rules.

Guests are liable for any damage made on the property during their stay.

Upon receiving a complaint about having a party, the police will be called and you will be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be issued.

• Limit guests to numbers booked.
• Any item used from convenience store has to be paid or replaced.
