With an exclusive-use, rear terrace featuring North Bondi district views, you’ll enjoy seamless indoor/outdoor living and have several, delightful spaces in which to retreat in comfort.

Working from home? The sunroom off the main bedroom has a large desk, super-comfy chair and views of Mitchell Street, as well as ample shelf and cupboard space. There's also a single sofa bed.

The Mitchell Bondi Sun Terrace 2 has been fitted-out with the creature comforts of a true home. It’s air-conditioned, the laundry contains a washer and drier and there is a clothes line outside on the terrace. The full kitchen is well equipped and has all of the usual appliances as well as a Nespresso machine, sharp, good quality kitchen knives and cooking basics (olive oil, some condiments etc). You can also BBQ on the terrace. There is a Bose speaker and two smart TV's; a 65 inch in the living room and 55 inch in the dining room, both of which include Netflix & Apple TV. The main bedroom has a ceiling fan as well as AC.
