Up a flight of stairs to the second level, you will find another 2 rooms with king beds, one with an ensuite and the main family bathroom and a cute little attic room containing 2 single beds. The securely gated back yard offers a fabulous entertaining area, with an outdoor setting & gas BBQ for summer evening dinners. There is a solar heated pool to cool off in or enjoy a bask in the sun on the overhanging deck while watching the kids frolic with the pool toys provided. Double garaging accommodates a couple of cars, plus there is parking in the driveway or on the street out the front. You have the best of both worlds here - with Hastings St and the main beach a short stroll in one direction and Quamby Place with its renowned restaurants and handy convenience store in the other.
