ALLURE at Hyams is a beautifully designed modern townhouse with magnificent uninterrupted views over Jervis Bay & Chinamans Beach and has been designed to make the most of the stunning views.
The kitchen, dinning and lounge area all have amazing views. This area opens onto a huge deck area via bi-fold doors, which open across the complete width of the room to maximise the view. There an outdoor dining setting and a gas weber bbq for entertaining while enjoying the view.
At the rear of the property is an private enclosed courtyard with an outdoor setting and heated spa. At the side of the house is an outdoor hot & cold shower for rinsing off after a day on the beach.
There are 2 bedrooms on the middle level with a bathroom and the laundry is also on this level.
The main bedroom is on the entry level and has an ensuite.
Enjoy the warmth of UNDER FLOOR HEATING in all rooms, including living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms. These keep the house cosily warm in the winter months.
