The house has been recently renovated with modern fittings, appliances and furniture.

CONFIGURATION
Azzurra Hyams Beach has an open plan living, kitchen and dining area with fireplace to keep the house cosy during the colder evenings.

This 3 bedroom home sleeps 8 guests in the following configuration:
Master bedroom - 1 queen bed
2nd bedroom - 1 queen bed
3rd/children's bedroom - 1 bunk bed (1 x single bed + 1 Double bed) and 1 rollout trundle bed.

The home has 1 bathroom with separate shower and bathtub and laundry with washing machine.

A large expansive deck with comfortable outdoor setting and deck chairs make the most of the stunning 180 degree views of the beach. From the backyard, it is only footsteps to the beach. There is also another enclosed deck and yard area.

PARKING
There is ample off street parking for up to 3 cars

MINIMUM STAY
There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings outside of peak periods.

During peak periods the following minimum stays apply:
- Long weekends 3 night minimum
- Easter 4 night minimum
- 20 Dec 2020 - 27 Jan 2021 7 night minimum
