Beach Break is perfect for a weekend away or extended holiday. This stylishly decorated beach house will cater to every need and has excellent inside and outside entertaining areas. With water views, only a three minute stroll to the white sands of Hyams Beach, and and a safe park for the kids to play across the road, come and enjoy all 'Beach Break' has to offer.
Strictly NO PARTIES at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken.
** Booking for peak season 2022/23 (16 Dec 2022 to 24 Jan 2023) **
The changeover day for this property for the 2022/23 peak season is Friday. When booking between mid-December and Australia Day, please select 7 night blocks that start and end on the changeover day. Otherwise the calendar may indicate that dates are not available. If in doubt, please contact The Holidays Collection and we will be happy to assist. Peak season bookings are often most easily made directly with us.
** Where will I be? **
Beach Break is located along the northern end of Cyrus Street, and is an easy walk to either Chinamans Beach or little Hyams Beach. It is across the road from a water reserve park and has views across Jervis Bay.
** Why choose Beach Break? **
Beach Break is stylish, modern and very well appointed, yet at the same time comfortable and relaxing. You are bound to feel right at home. Its location is idyllic - it is close to the beach, the National Park walking trail to Vincentia, and the cafe. Through the colder months you can relax in front of the cosy wood fire and de-stress listening to the waves breaking only metres away.
** How is the property laid out? **
Beach Break is a single level house on a corner block with a front deck, good sized outdoor entertaining area and lawn. The main house has a spacious kitchen, open plan living and lounge, three bedrooms (king, 2 x bunks, queen), a main shared bathroom, and an internal laundry with shower and second toilet. The whole house has a light, airy and stylish feel to it with beautiful views to Jervis Bay.
** WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it? **
This property does have Wi-Fi and a username and password will be provided for that in your pre-arrival email. You may use the house WiFi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during your stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B!
** What about outdoors? **
There is a deck on the front of the house to enjoy the sea views, and a relaxing outdoor area at the rear of the house to enjoy alfresco dining.
** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **
There is a fireplace to keep you warm during the cooler months and the large windows and sliding doors allow the sea breezes in during the warmer months.
** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **
Linen and bath towels are provided at Beach Break. Please however remember to bring your own beach towels!
** Parking for cars, boats etc? **
There is off-street parking for two cars.
** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? **
Beach Break is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly properties!
** What are the minimum stay rules? **
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
** Are there any special Peak Season rules? **
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters managable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
** Who will I be dealing with during my stay? **
This property is professionally managed by a dedicated holiday rental agency with offices in Gerringong, Hyams Beach and Bowral. We have over 270 properties in Kiama, Gerringong, Gerroa, Berry, Huskisson, Vincentia, Hyams Beach and the Southern Highlands. We offer guests 24/7 customer service - emergency calls only after hours, please.
