BOWEN VEIW - situated in the middle of Hyams Beach this property enjoys great veiws over Jervis Bay and Bowen Island. A 1 minute walk and you will be on the white sands of Hyams Beach and stroll a few more minutes to the Hyams Beach cafe for great coffee and food.

The home is 2 storeys with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 lounge areas, dining room, study and verandahs upstairs and downstairs. The verandah can be accessed from the dining room and the lounge rooms. The downstairs deck has a large weber bbq and outdoor setting.

The wood fire combustion heater makes Bowen View a great winter home to enjoy the beauty of Hyams in quieter months.

2 kayaks are provided to enable guests to explore the pristine waters and white sands of Jervis Bay.
