Situated between Hastings Street and Noosa Junction, the property is in a great central location. You are moments from a fantastic variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and boutiques in Noosa Junction. There is also two supermarkets, a theatre, cinema and a bus station that connects you to the entire Noosa region. Renowned Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach is only a 15-minute walk over the hill.

Enter the property through the outdoor covered seating area, through the glass sliding doors and into the open dining and kitchen. Unique exposed brick walls are featured throughout, and cool tiled flooring runs across the lower levels. There is seating for 5 in the dining area, plus additional seating at the coffee table and breakfast bar. The kitchen has all the essentials to prepare and cook meals.

There is a garage for one car (not suitable for large and high vehicles).

Split system air conditioning (cooling only) is in each bedroom and the dining/kitchen area, which spills air into the lounge room to cool right through the property. Ceiling fans are in all rooms.
