Located in Tulip Street it is a few minutes stroll to Hyams Beach and the local Cafe.

Layout
Days by the Bay is a 2 storey home.
On the entry level you enter via the open plan kitchen, family room which runs the length of the house and flows through to a timber deck with view. There is a dining table to seat 8 for long relaxing meals.
Off to left of the family room is 2 bedrooms (1 with views over the garden and bay) and a family bathroom with shower, bath,vanity & toilet.
Off to the right you go up a few stairs to the extra lounge room with views over the bay & out to another timber deck to enjoy the views over Jervis Bay.
The spacious master suite is off the lounge room with a walk in robe and ensuite with shower, vanity & toilet.

Downstairs - access off the deck
Extra living area - Laundry - 3rd bathroom
The laundry is access by going down the outside deck and entering the sliding doors to the 3rd living area. This is a great extra space for playing cards games, watching TV. The laundry and 3rd bathroom is off this living area.

Outside
The back yard is fully fenced and secure for young children.
There are 3 decks to enjoy relaxing on. Water views from all decks.

Parking
There is off street parking for up to 4 cars or a boat.
No garage access

Entertainment/ Wifi
WIFI is provided - although there is no guarantee. There will be no compensation by us or the owner if the wifi is down.
A username and password will be supplied.

TELEVISION - a smart tv is provided with apps that you can log into your own Netflix, Stan, UTube etc.

Linen & towels
Quality linen and bath towels are provided.
Please bring your beach towels.

Pets
Days by the Bay is NOT pet friendly.

Supplies
We provide all dishwashing supplies.
We also provide the following to help you get started.
Olive oil, salt, pepper, paper towels, paper napkins.
Tea, Coffee, Sugar.
Toilet paper, guest soap.
