LOCATION: The home is set in a quiet residential neighborhood overlooking Noosa National park. It is conveniently located 700 meters to Noosa Junction and 2 kilometres from the famous Hastings street and Noosa Main Beach. No need to drive, grab the scooters, bikes or pram and head to the supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, cinema, or bus station. During school holiday season Noosa provides free buses for anyone traveling within Noosa , this includes heading down to Noosa Main beach,Hastings Street, Noosa National park and more.
THE SPACE: Featuring an open plan living design, a centrally located modern kitchen, and two separate living areas leading you into an expansive undercover outdoor entertaining area. The spacious master bedroom includes a comfortable queen sized bed and has its own private en-suite with a bathtub and walk in shower and double wardrobe. The second bedroom features a queen bed and built in wardrobe. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds and a built in wardrobe. The main bathroom is centrally located with a shower and separate toilet.
KID FRIENDLY: Being parents ourselves we have taken extra effort to make sure your children are safe, comfortable and are guaranteed to have fun! You will find a plethora of both indoor and outdoor toys including bikes and scooters for the smaller children. There are several board games as well such as chess, playing cards, Jenga, and monopoly.
KITCHEN- the centrally located updated kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances which include an oven, induction cooktop, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, pod coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, blender, sandwich press, rice cooker, as well as everything you and your guests will need for cooking, wining and dining. Also the pantry will always be supplied with the essentials such as salt, pepper, tea and coffee, oil, sugar, butter, jam, and of course vegemite!
WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE: This is a single level home and wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs can access through the front or back doors. There is only a small 1/2 step to get into the home. Once inside you will find it very easy to get around as it has an open plan design and a walk in shower in the spacious en-suite bathroom.
AIR CON: Stay cool or turn the heat up anytime of the year with central/ducted air conditioning throughout the home including all the bedrooms.
