The apartment can be accessed through the reception, from the side gate opposite BWS and via the secure, underground carpark that has space for 1 car. The resort is set with in leafy grounds and has two pools, three spas, a pool table and a games room.

Take the stairs to the top floor and into this spacious, well designed apartment where you’ll instantly feel relaxed and at home. Entering the bright and airy open-plan living space, you’ll notice the fabulous hanging, swing chair that’s in a prime position to take in the environment both in and out. The living area also features a matching sofa, a dining area that seats 6 and a TV. Plenty of cushions and a large rug on the wood-effect floor adds soft, colourful tones to the room.

Huge sliding doors across two walls glide open to reveal sensational hinterland and Noosa River views. With seating for 4 and a BBQ on this roomy balcony, you’ll have the perfect vantage point to soak up the sub-tropical scenery. You’ll also be treated to some of the most spectacular sunsets and stay refreshed in the cool breeze.

Opposite the dining area is the modern kitchen, which has brand new appliances, a Caffitaly coffee machine and plenty of bench space to prepare meals. The cleverly placed mirrors on either side of the room adds more depth and light to the space.

The tranquil main bedroom is off the living area and features a queen bed, built-in wardrobe and an ultra-modern ensuite. Unwind in the gorgeous freestanding bath, or under the unique ceiling shower that’s over the bath. With pale grey, specked tiles and walls and soft lighting, it’s easy to rejuvenate.

The second bedroom is at the opposite end of the apartment and has a single bed, a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. Opposite is the main bathroom that has been beautifully styled with the same specked tiles and soft lighting. It features distinctive rainforest wallpaper that reflects in the mirror and sets the scene for your tropical shower. Next to this is a separate toilet that’s been completely wallpapered in the same rainforest design.

There is ducted air conditioning throughout and a ceiling fan in the open-plan living space.

*Please note: There’s a 1.9m clearance for the carpark and you’ll need the key to access the sauna, games room and side entrance. After 5pm you’ll also need the key to enter through reception.
